Gov. Pamela Baricuatro led the distribution of financial assistance amounting to ₱10.409 million to four local government units and 27 barangays across the province during a ceremony at the Capitol Social Hall on Monday, April 27, 2026. The assistance will fund recipients’ socio-cultural and community programs.
“We are behind you. Ang inyong provincial government naa ra gyud mo suporta ninyo,” the governor said, assuring them that the provincial government has been pushing for grassroots development in Cebu.
