𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Governor Pamela Baricuatro led the first Gender and Development (GAD) Council meeting, which centered on the office’s budget and priority programs, including healthcare, livelihood, hunger reduction, well-being, and disaster resilience under the “Ato ang Sugbo” agenda. The meeting, held on April 23, also tackled the governor’s Executive Order No. 55-A, reorganizing the GAD Focal Point System to strengthen coordination and monitoring of gender-related programs. In addition, SugboSys – GAD Visual Analytics was introduced as a centralized database aimed at improving data-driven and inclusive governance.
