𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro graced the Cebu Maritime Expo 2026 (April 22–24), featuring the 1st National Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Convention, held at the IEC Convention Center, Cebu City on April 23, 2026.
In her message, the governor highlighted Cebu’s strong maritime identity, adding that “Cebu has always been defined by the sea,” and affirmed that the province is “ready to lead in maritime innovation, workforce development, and sustainable growth.” She also recognized the importance of creating opportunities for Cebuanos through initiatives like the expo, strengthening partnerships across sectors.
