𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: Governor Pamela Baricuatro graced the 128th Annual Fiesta Celebration of the Municipality of Santander, Cebu, where she witnessed the Binibining Santander Grand Coronation Night on Saturday, April 18, together with Mayor Marites Buscato, Vice Mayor Julie Wenceslao, along with other town officials and distinguished guests.
