Concerned offices provided their final feedback and suggestions on the process flow in the availing of the Cebu Provincial Government’s “Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations” (AICS).
Facilitated by the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO), the white paper presentation of the process flow was meant to finalize the recalibration and refinement of the timetable for the service, which was reduced from 90 work days to just 20 work days.
The different offices provided their inputs, including the Information and Communication Technology Office, which will craft the online portal that would serve as monitoring gateway and for document tracking.
Among those present during the presentation was Provincial Board Member Dason Lorenz A. Lagon, who likewise posed clarifications about the revamped process flow.
Once evereything is in place, those availing of AICS (medical, burial, fare assistance, etcetera) would see the financial aid given at a significantly shorter time. /𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑰𝑻𝑶𝑳 𝑷𝑰𝑶, 𝑷𝑷𝑫𝑶
