𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐋 𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒 𝐏𝐋𝐃𝐓 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐘
The Provincial Government of Cebu took a major step toward strengthening digital infrastructure with the formalization of its partnership with PLDT Enterprise during a ceremonial contract signing on April 14, 2026.
Led by Governor Pamela S. Baricuatro, the agreement highlights the province’s push to advance digital innovation, enhance connectivity, and improve the delivery of government services across Cebu. Representing PLDT were Javier C. Lagdameo, vice president of the Enterprise Revenue Group, and Hazel Amoyan, head of CFM Visayas, along with other company officials.
Also present during the contract signing were Provincial Administrator Ace Durano, Provincial ICT Officer
Jeannette Saluba, Chief of Staff James Canoy, Provincial Information Officer Ainjeliz Orong, and Paulo Uy of the Provincial Enterprise Economic Council.
