Cebu Gov. Pamela Baricuatro announced today a planned fuel subsidy of ₱3,000 to ₱5,000 for habal-habal drivers, targeting those in the informal sector.
The Capitol will partner with LGUs to identify beneficiaries, while gasoline stations will handle the aid distribution. Around 5,000 drivers are initially expected to benefit as guidelines are being finalized. (Full story to follow)
