LOOK: Second District Board Member Dr. Stanley Caminero visited the Ricardo L. Maningo Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, Camotes on Saturday, March 7, 2026, to inspect the pre-screening activities for the upcoming Capitol-led Surgical, Eye, and Medical Mission, which will be held on March 28 and 29.
Caminero, a physician, is a consistent participant in the surgical missions organized by the Capitol, actively taking part in operations during every iteration of the outreach program.
In line with the health reforms of Gov. Pamela Baricuatro, the Cebu Provincial Government has partnered with the University of Cebu Medical Center and Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center for the Camotes Island surgical and medical mission overseen by Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan.
