𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Newly appointed Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Regional Director Joel Q. Mamon paid a courtesy call on Governor Pamela Baricuatro at the Cebu Provincial Capitol on Thursday, March 6.
During the meeting, Gov. Baricuatro assured the provincial government’s full support to OCD initiatives and emphasized the importance of close coordination with national agencies in strengthening disaster preparedness and response. OCD shared plans to implement community-based disaster preparedness programs.
