𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: To align their respective targets and objectives with that of the administration of Cebu Governor Pamela S. Baricuatro, Cebu Provincial Government offices each conducted strategic planning sessions facilitated by the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO).
Every two-day activity wrapped up with the identification of a particular office’s top three flagship programs from among its core targets for 2026, guided by the governor’s people-centered, collaborative, and transparent approach to governance.
Gov. Baricuatro’s administration aims to strengthen inter-agency coordination and improve overall planning and decision-making at the provincial level, ensuring that no sector is left behind, thus the need for the different departments and offices to have their priorities coincide with that of the Office of the Governor.
