The Cebu Provincial Government, through the Cebu Provincial Youth Development Office (CPYDO), successfully concluded the Cebu Provincial Arts Month 2026 with a vibrant showcase of creativity, culture, and innovation at the Capitol Grounds on February 28.

Highlighting the celebration was the first-ever Bisti sa Paghiusa — Sustainable and Wearable Art Competition, which gathered 18 participating local government units (LGUs) and featured talented Cebuano youth as key contributors. The event placed young artists, designers, and storytellers at the forefront, demonstrating Cebuano artistry, environmental consciousness, and creative excellence.

The culminating activity not only recognized the exceptional talents of participating LGUs but also affirmed the Province’s strong commitment to empowering Cebuano youth and nurturing the local creative industry.
