The first-ever Sayaw sa Pagpahayag Provincial Grand Finals, part of the culminating activity of the Provincial Arts Month 2026, brought together eight champion contingents from Districts 1–5, District 7, Camotes Island, and the Lone District of Mandaue on February 27, 2026, at the Cebu Provincial Capitol Grounds.
Through powerful performances blending cultural and contemporary dance, the participating local government units conveyed compelling stories of identity, resilience, and solidarity.

Participating LGUs included Carcar, Oslob, Mandaue, Liloan, San Francisco, Toledo, Ronda, and San Remigio.
