𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Consul Scott Sternberg, Chief of the American Citizens Services (ACS) Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Manila, and Senior Consular Specialist Leo Anthony Balantac visited the Cebu Provincial Capitol on Thursday, February 26, 2026. They were welcomed by the governor’s Chief of Staff Jhamez Canoy and Executive Secretary Mikee Pepito-Empaces, together with department heads and other key officials at the Capitol, including the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, Provincial Health Office, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the Provincial Tourism Office, as well as a representative from the police.
