𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Barili District Hospital continues to strengthen preventive care by conducting a health seminar recently on oral health for patients at its Out-Patient Department (OPD). As part of the initiative, patients were given free toothbrushes and dental sets to help improve knowledge and encourage consistent oral care practices at home.

Capitol Piso Health Consultant Dr. Nikki Catalan said that the program aims to build stronger community awareness on preventive dental care and the long-term benefits of maintaining a healthy mouth and teeth. Good health starts with simple habits, she added.
The administration of Barili District Hospital extended its gratitude to the Provincial Health Office and the Provincial Government of Cebu for the continued support that makes community-centered programs like oral health seminars, among others, possible.
Meanwhile, the Cebu Provincial Government, in partnership with KidsLife Foundation, conducted a medical mission at the YLAC Building located at the Caritas Compound of the Archdiocese of Cebu on P. Gomez St. near the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral in Cebu City.
Led by Dr. Roel Cagape, many children benefited from the mission, where they were given vitamin supplements and medications after undergoing a checkup.
The series of medical missions conducted by the Capitol in partnership with other public and private stakeholders is part of the priority agenda of Gov. Pamela Baricuatro to improve the delivery of healthcare services. /𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑰𝑻𝑶𝑳 𝑷𝑰𝑶, 𝑷𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐𝒔 𝒃𝒚 𝑨𝑺𝑪
