Davide said they were “lost in emotion” with the “discipline and timbre” the inmates showed in their performance. He believed that after all they have their own mission in life even inside the jail.

“Gawas sa inyong giatubang nga kaso, ang inyong importanteng misyon dinhi mao ang makahatag ug entertainment sa tibuok kalibutan,” the governor told the dancing inmates.

He added, “Wala pa kini sa ubang dapit sa kalibutan, dinhi ra gayud sa Pilipinas sa Sugbo pa gayud… tinuoray nga world class entertainer kamo. Do not lose hope for there is life gikan dinhi. You always pray nga mahatagan kamo ug inspirasyon sa kahitas-an ug i-ampo pud namo kamo dinhi sa CPDRC.” (Xerxes Alkuino)
