Some 15,153 vacancies await jobseekers in the overseas job fair on June 22 at the Capitol social hall.
This is part of the Cebu Provincial Government’s efforts to provide employment to its constituents.
The vacancies are offered by 29 licensed job agencies, including Aboitiz Jebsen Manpower Solution, Inc., Admiral Overseas Employment Corp., Al-Alamia International Manpower Services, Aram Enterprises, Inc., Career
Planners Specialist International, Inc., Filhigh-GNS, Inc., Gold Icon Recruitment & Promotion, Inc., Marlow Navigation Phils. Inc, and PNI International, Inc., among others.
Those who will be hired can expect to work in various places like the USA, Mexico, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Brunei, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Qatar, Papua New Guinea, China, Kuwait, Bahrain, Congo, Mozambique, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Angola.
The job fair hopes to lessen the job mismatch through job placements and agencies that the applicants can choose to apply for based on their qualifications.
Jobseekers must bring the necessary papers and credentials to avoid inconvenience.
Applicants are also advised to register early at PESO Capitol located at the ground floor to secure a priority number they can use for ease and convenience during the job fair.
