ADDENDUM NO.  16 – 61

 

For:      Adv. No. 16-144 –     Supply, deliver and install  ONE (1) LOT SYSTEM SOFTWARE,

HARDWARE AND SERVICES for Cebu South Bus Passenger Terminal Information Display Using Wireless /  Wired Network.

 

This addendum is issued to modify or amend items in the Bid Documents for the procurement of the different projects of the Province of Cebu, as listed.  This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

  • TITLE: FROM                                                                           TO

Supply, deliver and install  ONE (1) LOT SYSTEM SOFTWARE, HARDWARE AND SERVICES for Cebu South Bus Passenger Terminal Information Display Using Wireless and  Wired Network.

 

  • TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

 

 

1.

ONE (1) LOT SYSTEM SOFTWARE, HARDWARE AND SERVICES FOR CEBU SOUTH BUS PASSENGER TERMINAL INFORMATION DISPLAY USING WIRELESS / WIRED NETWORK

 

Recommended Specifications:

 

-Displays terminals connected to the wireless and wired network, using TCP/IP Protocol, System Platform works with Windows 7/8.1 or higher, using SAP SQL Anywhere DB with  the following components but not limited to

*At least 8 units High Definition at least 50” LED Windows powered display with at least 4GB memory, flash or SSD storage, complete with  USB/LAN/Audio/Wifi/ HDMI/ VGA ports, WES7 standard compliant (1-unit for Left Wing Entrance Lobby, 1-unit for Left Wing Passenger’s Lounge, 3-units at Center Wing Passenger’s Lounge, 2-units at Right Wing Passenger’s Lounge, 1-unit at Right Wing Entrance Lobby)

*At least 1 unit of Terminal Operator Host Device with at least 4GB memory, flash or SSD storage, complete with USB/ LAN / Audio/Wifi/HDMI/VGA ports, WES7 standard compliant, with at least 24” VGA/HDMI monitor

*At least 1 unit of Central Console Workstation to serve as remote management host device with at least 4GB memory, flash or SSD storage, complete with USB/ LAN/ Audio/Wifi/ HDMI/VGA ports, WES7 standard compliant, with at least 24” VGA/ HDMI monitor

 

*At least 2 units of at least 8-Gb ports managed switch that offer different power output options; auto-sensing IEEE 802.3af/ at PoE/PoE+ and 24V passive PoE, with two SFP ports to provide optical fiber connectivity options to support 1Gbps uplink

*Manage Gigabit Switches, patch panels, cable organizer, patch cords, wall mount cabinet with cover, PVC piping/molding, UPT Cat5e cable, UTP connectors and accessories for the required wired structured cabling infrastructure to connect all displays, terminal operator, central console workstation and other devices

*At least 6 units of Sub-Wireless Connectivity AP preferably Unifi AC Pro AP or equivalent using Wifi 802.11 ac, 3×3 MIMO technology for maximum performance multi user wireless network

*At least nine (9) Terminal Information System License for the Terminal Passenger Information System  devices/users

*With Remote Central Management and Integration, Terminal Operator System Console

*Licenses for Database Software (SAP SQL Anywhere) and Operating Systems with the following functions;

  1) Integrated Information Display with Content Management Pattern for Cebu South Bus Terminal in single system with a total of eight (8) Display Advance Licenses for Standard South Bus Branding and Content, with Bus Lines Information List to contain the following but not limited to (bus lines name, bus number, ETD, ETA, status and destination with corresponding boarding gate display), capable to Display Estimated Time of Departure and Arrival of each bus liner, with the ff. additional features

a. Content Management Corporate Profile, Marketing Management, Services Process Information and Achievements

b. Information Dissemination Announcements of Current Events and Weather and Typhoon Updates

c. Digital Information dissemination running announcement

d. Voice Calling System: Voice Caller for Arrival, Boarding and Departure of Each Bus

e. Public Announcement  (PA) with pipe-in Music/Predefined and Digital Audio PA Recording

f. Non-subscription software, Non-web apps, local network system

g. Future upgradeable to Boarding Gates Independent Display

 

2) Remote Central Console Management with the following features;

a. Content Management of Bus Schedule

b. Boarding Call Control

c. Announcement and Information Dissemination manager

d. Display management controller

e. Query report management

f. System administrator controller

g. Voice Controller

h. Wireless/Wired Network Infra System

 

3) Warranties and other Ancillary Services to include but not limited to

a. Onsite installation to include all necessary local materials and contingencies

b.  Systems commissioning and configuration

c. Network Layout and System Documentation in soft and hard copies

d. One Year warranty on hardware

e. Five Year Maintenance included/bundled with quarterly visit for system diagnostics and fine tuning, with Onsite support 24×7/2 hours response, with phone support after office and holidays

f. Onsite end-user and technical training

g. Provide at least 3-days onsite system live observation for seamless operation of total solution

h. Delivery of all software installers, user and technical manuals

i. Power Supply Connectivity of all Equipment to the Nearest Building/ Facility Provision

 

**Solution Provider should have local Cebu presence, must be able to provide actual demo of the system functionalities within seven (7) days of technical post qualification notice**
